Rachel Williams

Rachel Williams goal as a physical therapist is to provide empathetic, personalized, hands-on physical therapy to help return her patients to their optimal state of wellness and function.  Rachel is experienced in treating patients with a variety of diagnoses and dysfunctions of the upper and lower extremities including orthopedic, post-surgical, vocational, geriatric, pediatric, cervical and spinal dysfunction, women's health, and sports related injuries.  Rachel has an eclectic, manually based, functional style to physical therapy utilizing a variety of hands-on treatment approaches.
Rachel values continuing education, and has taken courses including PNF, Brain Gym, Institute of Physical Art, Lumbopelvic Assessment and Treatment, Advanced Techniques in Iontophoresis, Assessment and Treatment of the Cervical Spine, Mulligan Concept Upper Quadrant and follow-up Mobilization with Movement, and several John F. Barnes Myofascial approach courses. Rachel earned her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Columbia University in 2002. Rachel's background in sports and women's health led her to an interest in further researching why women are more prone to ACL injury than men. Her Masters thesis research studied the effects that the menstrual cycle has on ACL laxity.




Sarah Emmanuel

Sarah Emmanuel’s goal as a physical therapist is to inspire her patients to become aware of their own bodies so they can actively participate in the physical healing process.  She is able to achieve this by providing individualized, hands on treatments and educating her patients on proper exercises, body awareness and alignment.  Sarah has been practicing physical therapy since 2000 and has worked with a wide variety of physical conditions including sports injuries, orthopedic and neurological conditions, post- breast cancer rehabilitation (including lymphedema), and women's health (pre-and post-natal conditions, incontinence, and pelvic pain).
Sarah continues to further her education. She is currently taking courses with Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute to become a certified pelvic floor specialist.  She earned her physical therapy degree from Fontys Physical Therapy program in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, which has a strong manual therapy program. Sarah is a certified yoga instructor. She received her training in 2003 at Om Yoga Center in New York City.

Will Jarosh

Willow Jarosh is a registered dietitian (RD) who holds a Master of Science degree in Nutrition Communications.  Clinically trained at Boston’s Tufts-New England Medical Center, she has also worked with expectant mothers, infants, and toddlers for the WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) program and consulted for elementary schools and a university to implement programs to encourage students to eat more healthfully.  With a passion for pediatric nutrition, Willow also created a set of menus, published in 2006, to help parents with infants transitioning to table foods.
Currently the co-owner of C&J Nutrition, Willow is able to combine all of her nutrition-related interest.  She helps her clients find realistic ways to incorporate nutrition and exercise into their busy schedules, achieve and maintain both short and long-term health goals, and enjoy the process!  Willow is also a nutrition expert for Bob Greene’s thebestlife.com program as well as TastyBaby.com, a lifestyle site for parents.
Willow strives to make nutrition information straightforward and usable through group seminars, one-on-one counseling, and her professional writing.  Her nutrition and health articles have been published in Good Housekeeping magazine, Nutrition Today, local newspapers, and online sites.



Stephanie Clarke

Stephanie Clarke, MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and co-owner of C&J Nutrition in New York City.  A practical, personalized approach helps Stephanie optimize her clients’ health through nutrition.  Following a belief that if an eating plan isn’t practical, it won’t be helpful, Stephanie helps her clients make important diet and lifestyle changes that make eating healthfully possible and fun! 
Stephanie has a particular interest in weight loss and weight management, maternal and child health, and general wellness.  In addition to individual counseling and group education, Stephanie is a freelance health and nutrition writer and has been published in Fitness Magazine, Nutrition Today, TheDietChannel.com, Bob Greene’s TheBestLife.com, Tastybaby.com, and local newspapers.  Stephanie has also written an article (published 2006) on the feeding habits of US infants and toddlers.
Stephanie’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Rhode Island, and a Master of Science in Nutrition Communications from Tufts University School of Nutrition Science and Policy. She completed her dietetic internship at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, MA.   She is an active member in the American Dietetic Association and belongs to The Women’s and Reproductive Health, Weight Management, and Nutrition Entrepreneurs practice groups.
